How do the sizes work?
Our bracelets are adjustable and will fit a wide range of sizes. We do, however, offer different sizes so that you won't have a large excess of lace hanging off of your wrist. The bracelet just needs to be big enough to fit over your hand. Typically XS is for ages 6 and under, S is for 12 and under, M is for teens and average sized women, L is for typical man or a large sized hand.

How do I know what the lace and bead colors look like?

What ages are your bracelets for?
Our bracelets are not intended for children under 5 years of age. Children should always be closely supervised when wearing our bracelets.

What is your return policy?
Since the bracelets are custom made, we do not offer returns/refunds. If your bracelet happens to break within the first 3 months after purchase, please send us a picture and we will be happy to mail you a replacement.

What are the bracelets made out of?
The bracelets are made with acrylic letter and pony beads on waxed polyester lace with a stainless steel sliding closure bead. They are extremely durable and waterproof.
